KTM 790 & 890 Adventure / R Exhausts

Back in 2018, KTM introduced the Duke 790 which was the first KTM motorcycle to use a parallel twin engine. They have since used this same engine type in all the 890 Duke, 790 and 890 Adventure models. Due to emissions the 790 Adventure model was discontinued and replaced by the 890 in 2020, followed by the 890 Adventure R in 2021.

The 890 model we used to make our initial pattern was kindly loaned to us by regular customer Keith. Keith had ordered his 890 Adventure from Triple D KTM here in Kendal and they dropped the bike off prior to it having it's PDI (pre-delivery inspecton). Unfortunately this meant we weren't able to start the bikes engine for video purposes.

If you are interested in a Fuel Exhaust for your 790 / 890 Adventure, you can build your own British made motorcycle exhaust online here. Choose between 2 sleeve lengths, Mini (350mm) or Midi (400mm), both available as UK road legal options with removable baffle for that extra grunt! The kit is supplied with your chosen exhaust, link pipe, mounting bracket and associated fixings. We also include full fitting instructions specific to your motorcycle model.

The exhaust we manufacture for the 790 / 890 Adventure models is bike specific and cannot be used on any other machine.
